[Our Brand]
‘Woldang Whaok’ means a house that shines like the Moon reflected in a pond and a house that is full of peace and harmony.
Along pretty stone walls in a quiet neighborhood in Yecheon-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, stands a traditional house with thatched roof overlooking the village.
Located at the center of the village, it was the only house with a well. The owner was known to be generous as nature would be generous with water. It was where Woldang Park Nohyuk, a painter particularly known for his carp-inspired traditional Korean paintings, would stay and paint.
In a place where time seems to stand still, I hope to continue the stories that will be forgotten if not remembered.
